Amtrak train No. 1, the westbound Sunset Limited, is running about two hours late last December 21 at Pomona, Cal. The former coast-to-coast train, truncated to Los Angeles-New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, is on Union Pacific tracks. An Amtrak vice president is taking UP to task for poor timekeeping.
