Mike Drylie and Derald Sweatt reviewed plans on January 24 to rehabilitate the first three six-axle engines to arrive at Reliable Rail’s Green Cove Springs facility in the industrial park. Wabtec, Inc., is supplying parts for the reconfiguration. Meanwhile, Reliable Rail welder James Van Pelt was welding a new antenna bracket atop the 4,300 horsepower engine No. 4793. CSX brought the power down from Jacksonville the week of January 16.
